 物料名稱：PU漆表面絲印移印油墨。

 適用范圍：專(zhuān)門(mén)用于各種塑膠（五金）產(chǎn)品在表面噴涂了PU漆后，在PU漆表面絲印或移印的油墨。常用于U盤(pán)、MP3、MP4、手機(jī)外殼、游戲機(jī)手柄、汽車(chē)GPS等。

 油墨性能：

1、普通溶劑型 ：該油墨色澤鮮艷，附著力好，耐摩擦細(xì)度5UM以下有優(yōu)良的過(guò)網(wǎng)性能，圖案再現(xiàn)性強(qiáng)，有黑、白、紅、橙、黃、藍(lán)、綠、紫、金、銀等多種顏色可供選擇。印前添加10%固化劑，印后攝氏65度恒溫30分鐘即可。

2、UV光固型：附著力/耐摩擦測(cè)試：1、RCE紙帶機(jī)175g/平方CM重力來(lái)回300圈OK，2、含沙橡皮擦500g重力來(lái)回50次OK。

Applicable scope: specially used for all kinds of plastic (hardware) products on the surface after spraying PU paint on the surface of PU paint screen printing or printing ink. It is commonly used in U, MP3, MP4, mobile phone shell, game machine handle, car GPS and so on.

Ink performance:

1, the ink solvent type: bright color, good adhesion, rubbing fineness of 5UM had excellent network performance, strong reproduction pattern, black and white, red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, gold, silver and other colors to choose from. A 10% curing agent is added to the press before the press, and the temperature is 65 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.

2, UV photo solid: adhesion / friction resistance test: 1, RCE paper tape machine 175g/ square CM gravity back and forth 300 cycles OK, 2, sand containing rubber eraser 500g gravity back and forth 50 times OK.
